I came across your blog and detected a few Dutch names such as Van Valkenburg and Rijcke. Also the surname Putman sounds very Dutch. On my blog I have collected a number of predominantly US and Canadian sites of people with Dutch ancestry. Please see http://patmcast.blogspot.nl/2012/05/dutch-ancestors.html. The purpose of my blog is to enable Dutch people to contact descendants of early Dutch emigrants thus benefitting both sides. Therefore, I like your permission to publish your blog there as well. If you have a twitter address, please let me know also. You may reach me making a comment on my blog or via email at patmiebies at gmail.com. Hope to hear from you soon.
